What happens in a Land Blessing?

— Preparation - Prior to arriving for the clearing and blessing, I will do a discovery process on the property’s & the history of the land and its native inhabitants. I will also connect with you about the history of the property that you know of, and what your specific goals are for this blessing.

— Connection - Once at the property, I will begin by honoring the land in the energies it holds. I will ask the land to support us and bringing new energy in, and will connect with the energy of the land to receive information about how to best do this and what it needs.

— Energy Clearing - Based on the information from the preparation, the land itself, and from you, I will begin doing processes for releasing, resetting, and rebalancing. The clearing process helps with removing the energy of prior owners or occupants, as well as any previous disruptions or events.

— Blessing - After any old and stagnant energy has been cleared, I will do a process to bring in bright energy of blessings and harmony, and to provide you with peace and protection for your happiness here. This is a thorough process, and includes all areas of the property.

— The Song of the Land - If your property includes undeveloped land, I will also tune in to receive the song of that place, and share that song with you, to hold as the land steward.

Depending on the situation, I may also provide suggestions for ways that you can continue to allow energy to flow harmoniously through out your property.

Every Land Blessing is unique, and is designed according to the needs of the particular property.

Land clearing and blessings are an active process, and you and your family, friends, or those who are also connected to the property are welcome to be present and to participate. This is a healing and supportive experience for all involved.

The exchange and price for a land clearing and blessing depend on the size of the property, and the number and size of the buildings.
